Minishow: Essential reading

The Emma Guns Show - Un pódcast de Emma Gunavardhana

In this mini show I'm announcing the very exciting return of Dr Sohere Roked to the podcast. Her expertise on hormones is something many of you have emailed me about so she's returning for a second show to answer listener questions. If you want your question to be included email it by Tuesday 28th November 2017 to [email protected]

Demand for Sohere's return begs the question; who else would you like to come back for a second visit to the podcast? Tweet me @emmaguns and I'll work on it.

Equally if there's someone who you'd love to hear on the show who has never appeared then I'd love to know or there's a subject you'd love me to dig into that hasn't already been covered then tweet me @emmaguns and I'll do what I can to make it happen.

In this week's news I've been reading two books:

The Four Tendencies by Gretchen Rubin. It's excellent for not only understanding your own personality, but how to adapt to the other personality types around you. Highly recommended.

Tribe of Mentors by Tim Ferriss. Out this week, and sent to me as a gift by my fabulous friend Anita Bhagwandas, it's the ultimate 'dip-in, dip-out' read that can stop you in your tracks and make your day a whole lot better. It's a genius compilation of advice from high achievers that has the power to flip a mental switch and completely refocus you. Every home should have one.
