On this episode of the show I'm joined by Paula Begoun of Paula's Choice (@paulaschoiceuk) to talk about her skincare range, why she worries about all the misinformation about beauty out here on the internet and the two major changes we could all make to our beauty regimes for our best skin. Paula is a published author (here's her author page on Amazon.co.uk), was dubbed 'The Cosmetics Cop' by Oprah Winfrey and is a proud entrepreneur of 40 years - as you can imagine our conversation takes several twists and turns... From her days as a makeup artist, to suffering with acne and eczema and how that informed her feelings about topical skincare, to writing books and then starting her brand - it's all in here. We also talk about hormones and their effect on skin as well as health.

In this episode of the show Paula talks about her Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant*, £25, a lightweight exfoliating fluid that helps breakdown dead skin cells for skin that looks more radiant and feels smoother. It's a great lotion to have in your beauty arsenal if your skin is prone to looking dull and is also a good line of defence against blackheads.
