Franzi and Tijana are the co-founders and forces behind Female Narratives - a creative agency that deploys over 100 women and non-binary freelancers to connect brands such as Bumble, AllBirds and The Gap (to name a few) to real stories.But the work they do goes far beyond creating and producing projects and campaigns for brands. In curating a collective of female and non-binary talent, they've created a real community - one that they take every opportunity to nurture and empower. What Franzi and Tijana have created is a movement - one which seeks to move the needle for the next generation of creatives.They are also two of the most charismatic women I've met.
