The one where we review The Exorcism and Deadland

Hello and thank you for downloading another episode of The Flixters Podcast!   On this week’s show we bring you reviews of The Exorcism, starring Oscar winning actor, Russel Crowe (The Gladiator), as a washed up actor playing a priest in an exorcist movie. Interestingly, this isn’t Crowe’s first foray into the priest/horror genre, having already starred in The Pope's Exorcist.  Check out the show for what we thought.  Then, we talk about Deadland, a supernatural/ghost story set on the US/Mexico border. With a strong cast, and gorgeous cinematography, Deadland has a deeper message underlying its main themes of immigration, racism and trauma.
