Getting flagged for infringement is one thing but actually getting sued for it is a whole other ballgame. Unfortunately, Lisa of Lisa's Little Monsters experienced this firsthand and suffered through the troubles associated with having to actually take listings down and cease business, which at the time was indefinitely.
