"So That Seeing They May Not See" Season 1 Episode 5 'Messiah' Review & Recap

People have traveled from all over the world to see Al-Mesih in Dilly, Texas. It is revealed that Rebecca has epilepsy and sees visions. A list has been curated for Al-Mesih to heal and grant miracles. However, Felix is completely lost and taken aback that Al-Masih does not have a plan. Aviram is on the hunt to kill Al-Masih but when the opportunity presents itself, he fails to do so, and reconnects with Eva to discuss what happened and why. Al-Masih is ready to come out from the tent when he hears a dog in distress. He finds the missing dog with the owners and shoots the dog instead of healing him. Both the father and son are shocked. Jibril is left in the desert by himself, with all of the followers doubting Al-Mesih and returning to Syria. Will Mathers comes clean to Eva about the recording and points out that Al-Mesih is taking script from the confusion specialist Oscar Wallace. Offering that he may not be what everyone perceives him to be.
