About our guest Pano was recently appointed the CEO role at Pret having held the role of COO and previously UK Managing Director since 2016.  His rise to the top of the organisation is even more inspiring when we learn that he joined Pret in 2000 and worked his way through the ranks having previously worked for Mcdonalds.  About this show  Pano shares the secrets of his success including why being comfortable with vulnerability and being willing to say 'I don't know' has been key. He generously shares his proudest moments and lessons learnt that have helped him forge his way to the top.  Pano talks about slowing down to speed up to manage what he describes as the reactive and bullish nature that he can be prone to when under stress. He shares his ethos for 'catching people doing things right' and how gratitude whilst important, is easy to forget to do.
