STOP Talking Like A Physio

Poor communication can completely undo all your hard work you have done with your patient. Even if you nail your diagnosis... And in your head you how exactly what your patient's treatment plan is going to look like... If you cannot get this information across to your patient then this does not matter and it can be a recipe for disaster. If your patient does not have a good understanding of their problem and how your rehab programme is going to them from A to B... From injury and back to full health... Then patient's will lack faith in you and what you are saying.
