They May Not Be Alien

This is a question put forward by New Realities host Alan Steinfeld about whether or not the intelligence behind the phenomenon is really "out there" ET, interdimensional, or ultraterrestrial, or something in between. I was the main guest answering questions, and there was a panel inputting their ideas. The more I have researched over 46 years the less certain I am about what we are really dealing with.
