Aaron Rodgers told The Pat McAfee Show that ‘this (year) is probably it’ for his NFL career. Chris was oddly optimistic about all of this because it sounded like Rodgers was being a real straight-shooter this time. What went wrong between Arthur Smith and Russell Wilson last season? Chris said the working relationship between himself and the OC is the big question mark going into the season. But it was obvious to us that what Rodgers said today and how he has come across so far with the Steelers is a lot more legitimate than anything we heard with Wilson. If it’s his final act, Chris thinks this could work out. We are trying to be optimistic and explain why Aaron Rodgers may have a chip on his shoulder. Our first caller isn’t going for it.
