Because empowered leaders, empower others to lead. https://empoweringleaders.online -------------------------- THE FOUR LEVELS OF THINKING RESOURCEFUL LEVEL 1 It feels good AND… - It’s good for me - It’s good for others - It’s good for the greater good (work, home, community, planet) You’re doing great, so keep at it. LEVEL 2 It doesn’t feel good BUT… - It’s good for me - It’s good for others - It’s good for the greater good (work, home, community, planet) You’re doing great, so keep at it. UNRESOURCEFUL LEVEL 3 It feels good BUT… - It isn’t good for me - It isn’t good for others - It isn’t good for the greater good (work, home, community, planet) You’re at a point where you can make a change easily, by moving to LEVEL 2. Or, if you continue at this level, you’ll end up in LEVEL 4. LEVEL 4 It doesn’t feel good AND… - It isn’t good for me - It isn’t good for others - It isn’t good for the greater good (work, home, community, planet) Here change is difficult and may seem impossible. Often the best solution is to simply move away from it. Eg. if you’re in an unhealthy relationship, a job that’s not helping you progress. Simply by taking the plunge puts you immediately into LEVEL 2. It will be uncomfortable, you won’t feel good, BUT it’s good for you, others, and the greater good.
