When you love yourself, the whole universe loves you right back. Fill your cup with self-love practices to feel energized, whole, complete, satisfied, supported, and loved. All the love we seek exists within us, yet we tend to reach beyond ourselves and grasp externally for things, jobs, and relationships to give us the validation and love we truly seek. In episode 2 of The Practice with Daphne Lyon Podcast, we dive into self-love and answer why we reach externally for what is already within us and how to practice self-love, plus a simple yet powerful practice to connect with the unconditional love within you. Introduction:Self-love is uncovering the love we are all truly seeking, so we feel empowered, aligned, connected, and whole. Self- love is a practice that does require accountability and commitment. And this practice can be uncomfortable and unfamiliar at first, which is why we tend to reach outside of ourselves to fill what is actually within. But when we tune in and choose ourselves, nourishing in self-love, we impact all our relationship for the better, like a ripple effect. By doing the inner work we strengthen our relationship with ourselves, no longer fully dependent on our work life, relationships, and external experiences to give us the validation and love we truly desire. Together we will learn the practice of self-love by becoming aware of why we reach beyond ourselves for something that is actually within, and in doing so we will cultivate and strengthen our alignment, empowerment, and wholeness.Join The Practice Membership and gain access to a growing library of holistic practices to embody self-love: meditation + movement + breathwork + deep rest + journaling + Good Habits for Good Living e-book + Start a Meditation Habit challenge + 7 day trial: www.daphnelyon.com/membership Follow me on instagram @daphne_lyon and @thepracticeAnd signup for my weekly newsletter at https://mailchi.mp/daphnelyon.com/website-login-home
