Lucy and Steph scaled very quickly, potentially too fast as it meant they didn’t reflect on some of their mistakes quickly enough. Lucy has been able to leave the military and focus on property full time, the long-term plan will also be Steph to leave too. As a landlord, rent to rent has a few significant benefits, for Lucy it was getting a good price whilst having her properties looked after in a hands-off way.
