Around the area are letting agents all around so he thought, why hasn't the owner approached them instead because it should be fairly easy for them to rent it out? So he asks them himself. The letting agents that Arsh has spoken to have all said no, they won't manage HMOs, mainly because of the calibre of tenants, people on benefits, poor-paying tenants -- something that they don't want to manage.
