Luis Mendez was born on June 6, 1974. The sum of his possessions include a bicycle, a backpack, and the clothing on his body. If left unprompted, he would only talk about how he is God in the flesh. He claimed to be immortal, and claimed to urinate only oil and fire. I don’t know that there is anything to be gleaned from this interview, but it did leave an impact on me. It reminded me of the humanity that burns within each person, even at the onset of lunacy.
