Gender bias and inequality in the workplace is not a new problem. Despite its longstanding presence, this problem continues to linger, impacting the professional growth and opportunities of women worldwide. Only 12% of paid executive officers in publicly held companies are women. Andrea Kramer and Alton Harris join Kevin to discuss their approach to addressing this problem.
