S4 E29: When In Rome

When I’m Rome is a 2010 Romantic Comedy directed by Mark Steven Johnson. This is the story of Beth, a workaholic art curator who is disillusioned by love, played by Kristen Bell. When Beth’s little sister Joan, played by Alexis Dziena, gets engaged (after 2 weeks) Beth flies to Italy for the wedding. There she meets Nick Beamon, the best man, played by Josh Duhamel. He is ONE of our love interests. The premise of our story today is brought on by Beth drunkenly wading her way INTO the fountain of love in Rome. It’s a take on the Trevi Fountain. There in an act of defiance against love, she pulls 4 coins out of the fountain, unknowingly bringing upon her self a spell. The owners of those 4 coins have now fallen in love… with Beth.
