INTENTION: Simply Proud | Your Existence Matters

In today’s solo, Jessica is diving into the month of June’s intention — Simply Proud. She talks about the important and complex topic of identity, sharing an exercise you can do to explore how you identify, and what it means to be simply proud of who you are. This month to celebrate Pride and the LGBTQ+ experience, we’ll be having conversations that allow us to look through the lens of different individuals’ identities that may be different from our own. Raising awareness and compassion is at the heart of this — we are living in times where compassion, for ourselves and others, is the medicine we need.
