Family Matters, a spin off from Perfect Strangers, focuses on the Winslow family as they navigate life while having to deal with a serial stalker with a penchant for destroying personal property.   Somehow that lunatic-genius, Steve Urkel, became an overnight sensation and took the world by storm.  You couldn't walk through a school in the 90's without hearing someone say "Did I do that?"
