She has written three bestselling and award-winning books called The Memo, Right Within, and You Are More Than Magic. She is currently writing her fourth. She is an assistant professor of public service at NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. In 2020, she was named by LinkedIn as the #1 Top Voice for Equity in the Workplace.
