In Part 1 of "Maddie & Renzo," Maddie met Renzo at a parade and they had a great time. Next, Renzo said he couldn't pay for their first date (during their first date)! We talk about who should pay on a first date in heterosexual, gay, and bi relationships. More importantly, the mind games begin when Renzo makes sure to get Maddie emotionally invested. After he mentions being exclusive and tells Maddie he loves her, Renzo ghosts Maddie after she was nothing but kind, thoughtful, and generous to him. Gasp. I'm still shaking my head.
