The road of the shaman Rodolfo started with meditation since was a little kid. His mother showed him and kept him on this path since he was seven years old. Years later he went to study business and started his consulting business. Finally, eight years ago he started mixing both paths and this lead to what he is doing nowadays: Developing conscious leadership. BE-ing Leadership The book “BE-ing Leadership” is the result of those two paths Rodolfo has going through his entire life, recognizing how all those things that happen within us are going to influence those around us. We want to be able to acknowledge and deal with the whole complexity of being humans.
