Familial Mental Health Battle

I have struggled my entire life with having and maintaining the mental capabilities to relieve myself of the stress and trauma that comes with these negative events I speak of in this episode. I do not have hate in my heart for those who don't have the ability to spread love as those I refer to in this episode. I spoke of them to explain the kind of view a woman evolves from having such negative traumatic events happen to them especially from their own family or "loved ones". This can help to bring light to those that may have similar experiences with their own "loved ones".
