For this last podcast episode we are introducing Ebinehita Iyere: Therapeutic Youth Practitioner and Founder of Milk and Honey.  Ebinehita is in charge of co-producing projects and activities with young people and professionals. She works with young people who are in or have experience of Health and Justice services. She also founded Milk and Honey which is an expressive safe space that allows young women and girls flourish and take ownership of H.E.R (Healing, Empowerment and Resilience) through 1:1 sessions and creative group projects. It is a project that supports young women on their journey of healing whilst equipping them with social, employment and life skills that enable them to mobilise in their communities. We spoke about in length about the importance of exploring our girlhood, how that in turns shapes our womanhood and the experience of being a black girl in the current era.
