Episode 41: How to be Consistent (So Kids Listen To You!), Even When You’re Exhausted

Your Parenting Long Game - Un pódcast de Rachel Bailey - Jueves

Few of us have extra energy these days. Between trying to get things done and trying to keep kids entertained, off of screens, and not fighting, we are exhausted. We certainly don’t feel like we have the energy to be consistent. Yet it’s consistency -- following through when we tell our kids that we’re going to do something -- that actually gives us more energy.
