Episode 35 I sat down with Vegan Dad, author, endurance athlete and podcast host Rich Roll to go through is journey from an unhealthy man in his 20's & 30's who battled with addiction & poor food choices to a man in his 50's that is thriving physically and mentally while living a life of purpose that offers far greater fulfilment. I realise Rich's story is very well documented and going into this conversation I was contemplating whether or not to even delve into it.
